Not sure if this is alt tab related but at do lose the ability to sprint until I open and close in inventory up.

I keep finding that my sprint key isn't responsive. I go into the bindings and see it is still bound to LShift, but it doesn't actually make me sprint unless I rebind. Has happened 3-4 times in my 2-3 hour session so far Not sure if it is isolated...

Please add the ability to repair damaged Building elements instead of having to destroy them and remake them. I built a bit too close to a spawn point and the building gets damaged with no way to fix the damage.
