Legacy Nightingale Bugs

Upon completion of the Edgar Allan Poe quest chain, Puck appears and gives some commentary which implies that the quest has just been undertaken and not yet completed.

I created a base near a dungeon and it seems like nearby enemies can attack me and deal damage even when underground or i am taking damage from invisible enemies that are not spawning.
