Augmentations not connecting to bench after relaunch

Had been using my benches with ammo box and saddle rack, logged out for the night and when I logged back in the next day I could no longer craft the pistol or rifle ammo. Tried moving stuff around to check if that would fix it, other augmentations seem fine for now.
