I also have this. Anything being crafted in my excellent smelter is paused while it rains. The smelter is listed as exposed, when expected, even though it is in my pagoda, on the ground floor of a two storey building, with a first storey floor above it, and a complete roof above the second storey. I wait for the rain to finish and the smelter countdown restarts.
excellent smelter stuck on add fuel and will not ignite. Seems to happen after I rearrange the smelting queue
