The Game has set all my portals to Extreme difficult and cannot change.

Can you clarify what steps you are taking when attempting to change your realm's difficulty setting?
Players cannot change the Realm Difficulty if a portal is Open or Opening. You must first select the 'Close Portal' button, after which the Difficulty can be changed.

Making new portals bigfoots the difficulty of old ones. If you change the difficulty of one portal, it changes the difficulty for all of them, including previously placed and opened realms.
To solve the OP's problem, the current "solution" is to either close a portal or build a new one at a lower difficulty, which will then lead to a vicious cycle.
If I build a new portal for Extreme Desert Gloom, then the Easy Forest Herbarium next to it where I built my farm will also become extreme. If I build a new Easy Forest Herbarium, then the Hard Desert Hunt Ascended I built to harvest Tier3 bug meat will become easy.
The real solution is to fix the difficulty of each individual portal when they're opened and make that immutable until the portal is closed.
I made this in game problem a month ago and nothink has been done about this can you tell me why you not fixed my game.
