Mouse freezing Merged

While the game is running, mouse gets frozen at random intervals stopping mouse look, managing inventory etc. While alt+tabbed out of the game, it still persists. Attempted all graphics settings changes, ensured drivers updated for video card and mouse. Hardware resources are not capped out. CPU at 30%, GPU at 65-85%. Using a controller, the issue is not present with joystick look. *Potentially fixed by unplugging the dongle. Note, happened only while running Nightingale, have not had the issue with other titles.
