Before building my house in the forest realm I cleared all trees and stumps. After the house was built, the creature that regrows the plants grew trees inside my house. These trees are unbreakable even after removing the foundation.

I'm experiencing this too. A tree has grown up through one of my buildings and it cannot be removed/chopped down, despite removing any foundation and roof that it was intersecting. The tree is stuck and is a real nuisance.

It is likely that a carnute has caused them to respawn. My advice is to try to build bases in more open areas.
I have the same problem, too. I didn't want to rebuild my base somewhere else so i decided to remove the coliding structures and fell the tree and remove the stump but i can't harm the tree. Looks like mother nature is coming back for us all. Well i'll live with the trees in my house since it's small ones that doesn't block me. Just a cosmetic issue for me.

I had cairs on all 4 sides of my house but this happened to me. Never could chop those trees so zi had to build a new base. Filed a ticket with logs for it.
I had this same experience. I was able to cut down the trees eventually, but it destroyed to the two upper floors they grew through. I do not want to move necessarily, I would think putting a cairn down would suppress regrowth.
