after completing the Jana dragon vault, when getting the loot, I end up getting tier 2 fabled humbaba hide/bone/meat instead of the Jana hide/bone/meat
This was intended behavior and applies across the Vaults.If you do the Swamp Vault at higher difficulties, you get T3 Fabled Humbaba. The highest attainable outside of vaults is T3 Humbaba.
