Simple cooking station unusable - won't consume fuel or let you light it, can't craft items

Simple cooking station appears to be lit, fire animation active. However, any fuel in it won't burn (timer doesn't count down) and nothing put in to be made will actually be made. If you try to light it, it says it's already lit. Had to destroy and rebuild.
