"Creatures Suppressed" not working

I moved my base to this new location, and it was fine for a while, but now every time I load into my respite, there is a herd of water buffalo that is either right outside my door, or a couple of times, in my house. Has anyone else had this?

    Perhaps it is just specific to Water Buffalo, as I built a portal facility in a swamp abeyance and surrounded the entire base with Estate Cairns and I get the Buffalo everywhere around the base still. I have the Utopia Apogean card on for permanent daylight.
