Nightingale Legacy Portal
On arriving at the POI I can hear the spawn sound but then as I get to the location of the puzzle core the bound seem to have already died and the hope echo is released.
I have come across this particular POI on two occasions and had the same result each time.
I am attaching the current log file and the screen shot from F2.

We have escalated this issue internally and thank you so much for the screenshot and logs. As one of your files contained logs which can have sensitive information about your realm and account I have grabbed the logs to pass on and deleted the previous file for your safety. As this is a public forum please make sure your responses don't contain anything such as:
Steam/Epic ID's
Personal Emails
IP Addresses
Home/Work Address information
Game Logs
If you would like to submit logs please go through Zendesk https://inflexiongames.zendesk.com/hc/en-us which is more secure.

One more thing to note. I ran around the POI periodically holding E to see if any materials were dropped by the "dead" bound but I found nothing.
