Typing in the Search bar while in the Guidbook Menu triggers other Shortcuts

Key presses like Q/E are switching the top most menus around instead of typing out Q/E, M also doesn't work.

It just seems that any shortcuts are fired instead of typing the letter in the search box, resulting in you not being able to search for something like "Weak Human Seal" since it always switches to the social tab whenever i pressed the E key.
