T3 Achlis, Bawcock plus Amber Ritual Meat: No speed buffs

I crafted Eikthynyr and Blot Ritual meat with three amber each creating a 4% movement speed increase for each type of dish. I consumed both and no speed buffs of any sort were applied. I also thought Ritual Meat had drawbacks. There were no noticeable drawbacks on my paper doll/stat screen.
