Getting knocked back by new bound opens codex entry

Every time I'm getting knocked back by the new bomb-using bound, it opens the Excerpts from Cerddi Taliesin codex as if I'm finding it in the realm for the first time as a hope essence. This has happened multiple times, and only with the new bomb using bound, not from previous bound types.
