Watering Can Cannot Water Plant Box While under Stick Tent

Watering plant boxes with a watering can does not always attribute + water to the seed box. Sometimes takes repositioning several times before +water will be successful.

Updated condition: The issue only seems to occur when the boxes are located under a stick tent. I removed the tent and was able to successfully water the boxes.
