Able to click outside game window onto Windows 10 taskbar if game window overlaps

In Windows 10, In Windowed mode (NOT borderless window), if the game window overlaps with the taskbar at all, moving the mouse cursor downwards and then clicking can cause the game window to become inactive. This could happen when gazing up at the sky, then lowering your view, for example.

My fix for this is tabbing out of the game, then clicking the side of the game window and re-sizing the game to create a custom resolution a little smaller, so the window does not overlap with the Windows taskbar. However, default resolutions such as #### x1080 will cause this bug.
