Getting stuck

After making or looking at anything as in my bags or box's of stuff the game the game is getting stuck for 30 seconds like it's going to crash or boot me off line. I thought you should know as it a bit of a paineverytime I'm trying to do something or make something. I love the game and that's all that's happen which is great. Thank you for your time Sandra Kirk
