Cannot get brazier after completing Bass Reeves quest

I accidently complete Bass reeves quest to unlock the brazier before I had completed the main quest that involves him and Wilhelmina. I am unable to now unlock the brazier to buy from the essence traders. I cannot progress any further and I am unable to play until this is fixed.
