Thread not accepted from chest when building excellent sewing machine

I have chest with thread marked as building and crafting allowed, survivor not allowed. When building an excellent sewing machine, other resources can pull from chest, but the thread would not, only pulled from my inventory. Found in offline, not tested in online.
