Swamp Realm Automated Knight Not Spawning ?

Swamp Realm Automated Knight Not Spawning ? Not sure how I am supposed to get it to spawn, there's no clear instructions and I don't see any quest givers for this boss fight. I do NOT have the Antiquarian card discovered yet, is this possibly why it is not spawning? Please advise. Thanks.
