Challenges Reset and/or Disappear

This seems to be two related issues.

Issue 1: The Master Boundslayer challenge resets to zero every time you go through a portal.

Issue 2: The completion checkmarks disappear from completed challenges and if there are followup challenges in progress they disappear entirely. Logging out and back in and quiting to desktop and reopening the game do not fix the issue.
