I cannot craft new items past refined axe and armor is low too

I have SEVERAL augmentations and crafting stations, yet I can't craft higher than refined axe, lancaster pistol, and frontiersman armor... I have made sure the augmentations are near the crafting tables as indicated by the green lines when placing them... I can't really progress much farther because of this...
