Spell casting animation plays while opening inventory

Cast a spell with tool (I see this happen with my axe casting quake or recovery), then open inventory. The animation and sound replays again. This is quite a "jump scare" because usually I cast the spell, fight the bound, then at the end of battle open inventory and boom!
