Item Building Limit is bugged.

The 350 item limit is bugged. No matter where I am in my abayance realm it always shows full and will not let me place anything. I only have 7 structures and only one of them is at the limit, but all structure and even when not on a structure it will not let me place any items. This makes it impossible to do any building in my abayance realm.
