when the npc's are downed by bound and get blown back, they get blown away to anywhere on the map and you can find them in the ocean or inside the mountain (another bug report)

I can see from your tags that the Thinned Veil has been applied in this realm, which decreases fall velocity and increases jump velocity -- effectively adjusting the player's experience of gravity.
Are you seeing the same level of kickback on other creatures, or only on NPCs?
Are the NPCs being far flung by any enemy they engage with, or the generally heavier-hitters, such as the Bound Bruisers?
had to laugh today found a npc so far from its poi it simply couldn't get back even after clearing enemies from keeping it downed.
