missing chat window Merged

since 0.3.1.a my chat window is missing, enter or T does nothing. no window no envelope

in game chat stoped being useable.

in game chat constantly changed back to log, wiping chat history and making it impossible to actually use. if I open a menu or am in one when someone says something I can no longer see it. it used to stay on the chat window and not the log window ...

right side chat box randomly disappears in solo mode`

As the title explains. It can happen in same zone or zoning back to rekspite/watch and then zoning again. it just disappears and cannot see what you pick up (holding E) etc.
