With Charm of the Healer on an item and that item equipped, you now damage other player characters instead of healing them, which is not the intended behavior unless one has a deranged definition of the word 'healer.'

Our development team was able to get a fix for Charm of the Healer in the last couple patches. They have now introduced the new and improved Charm of the Brawling for all your PVP needs! Feel free to try it out and let us know what you think in the Feedback Board.
