Aid Mission without quest giver Merged

Since version 0.2 I've noticed that occasionally this POI does not have a quest giver. Upon completing the blueprint the chest does not open and therefore you don't get any rewards. The question is whether the rewards can only be given if a survivor (quest giver) is present to reward the player?

As this issue cannot be resolved by other means it makes it impossible gain the rewards offered by this POI making gameplay impossible to progress for this POI.

The POI appears in many realms.
