This has happened across multiple realms since yesterday. Points of interest aren't giving rewards upon releasing the hope essence.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To confirm, are any of the POIs that you've had this issue with NPC-related Encounters, or are they Puzzles, Bastilles, Infestations, etc.?
In either case, if possible, please press F2 while at one of these POIs and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what maybe causing the issue.
