Climbing animation seems to keep failing since update.

Since the Offline Update I've been having issues with climbing where I would use the climbing picks to get to the top of a surface, the animation would play where it seems like the character starts climbing up but then drops down the side of whatever I'm climbing. I have sprained my ankle with this bug a lot. I did not have this sort of issue at all before this update and at this point it happened on pretty much every surface that you can climb on. I can't really reproduce every time since this happens randomly.
