Was trying to place blocks in my house. My recruit kept getting in the way, so I led him a ways away and ordered him to "Stay Here". Both times I tried this, he "broke free" and came back over and stood in front of me.
Likewise. They don't listen to my orders.
It is really annoying to be interrupted during construction. To begin with, I would like them to stop a little behind me instead of standing in front of me. They don't come as close as when I want to exchange belongings, and they come as close as when it is annoying to be approached.
