Items disappearing from chests/ Crafting from chests still not working as it should.

I crafted materials for the chassepot rifle and I put them In a chest in my respite.

I entered a gloom /forest realm. when I came back to my respite when I open the chest where I put my materials for the chassepot rifle all gone from the chest.
