Lack of stamina

About a month or two ago I was playing Nightingale regularly and had gotten my stamina to several hundred. I reinstalled the game yesterday and now my maximum stamina is 75. Despite the fact that my gear score is 243-246 and my heath is between 1,618- 1,918. I have tried to remove and put away all of my gear and all that does is take me down to 25hp and 25 stamina and reset my gear score to 0. In this state I even tried to kill myself and all that did when I put back on my old gear and tools and I all it did was take my max stamina from the 45 it was under the same conditions to the 75 it now is. I also just tried applying and then removing a Minor card to my primary realm and in both cases nothing changed. Even when I go to different realms altogether it stays the same. Is there a way to fix this and restore my stamina to what it was without losing my near 200 hours of progress?
