Minor Card ammunition yield boost not applied

The Minor Cards Blunderbuss, Marksman, and Outlaw say that they give a boost to the yield of ammunition for the appropriate sort of gun. No such boost is in evidence at my Excellent Workbench. (The boost to all ammunition types for the Industry card works as advertised.)
