Infestation and Aid puzzle core wont change

Killed all the bound at an infestation in an Antiquarian Ascend Forest realm, Twice: but the infestation puzzle core wont change. It's the 3 story house.

Also, in same realm, finishing an aid did not unlock the reward chest. It's the on where you have to build crude base and stairs between to tower ruins.
