Chatbox is MIA Merged

Chatbox has disappeared. I have swapped everything around to auto, off, restarted damned game. Nothing. PLEASE FIX THIS.

    This really needs to be taken care of. On steam forum there are many posts. It has been going on since last big update. Without the chatbox I can't tell whether I got rewards, resources, everything. It's just a nightmare. About the only thing unimportant in off line is chat itself.
