Bound wuxan stuck in rock

I'm trying to clear an infected poi in the ascended astrolobe realm. The bound wuxan fell through the rock so it can shoot me but I cant shoot it. Not sure how I'm supposed to clear this poi now

    Hi there,

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If at all possible, please press F2 while in-game at this location and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what maybe causing the issue.

    If you are able to point out which rock/area the enemy fell into, that would also be appreciated.
