synchron lotus gone while deconstructing my first half built portal

I had won my synchron lotus and wanted first build a portal. Then I changed idea and wanted to deconstruct the half built portal, because I wanted to created the portal from my homeland (desert). But now the synchron lotus is gone.

Same occured to my jumping-card, which did simply not work!
