OVer 500 glass disappeared out of my storage in game

I took over 1000 quartz that my friend and I have gathered since we started playing and turned it into glass to make potions with. Upon getting the rest of the mats to make the desired potions, all my glass has disappeared and the Quartz is all gone as well.
