stomach still growling

Sometimes, when my stomach starts growling, it doesn't stop, even after I eat to 100%. I have to exit and restart to get it to stop. This was an issue a while back, it seemed like it got fixed, but apparently not. I don't mind the growling when it's appropriate, it's a good reminder, but it's disgusting when you can't make it go away.
