Fabled Blot stuck in hill/rocks

I was hunting/tracking Blot in the ascended Herb Swamp - Besides being a pain in the arse t find with all the wisps I finally found him inside a hill underneath me. I tried to dislodge him with quake but he just died in the side the hill.
