Build Limit Stuck on 121 No Matter What Building Im In

I only noticed this when I was building a huge house, and it wouldnt let me build anymore. So, I deleted a couple walls, and it let me build the same amount somewhere else. Then, I moved to my second, building, which is very small, and when I press 'x', it still shows 121, so basically I have no idea how close I am getting to the building limit and not I have a beautiful huge half finshed house I have to cut in half.
