Fire in Refined Smelter does not go out after running out of fuel.

Creating a shaft in the Refined Smelter. Fuel ran out. Fire continued burning. Was prompted to load fuel. Had to log out and back in to be able to add fuel in the Managing Fuel screen as no boxes to move fuel to existed. Fire still burning. Clicking on ignite won't restart the fire.

Closed game. Reloaded and fire still burning in smelter.

Rebuilt smelter to get around bug.
