Oberon's Bounty not working on some materials

The enchantment Oberon's Bounty is only increasing the damage dealt to some harvestable resources (including creature corpses) but is not increasing the amount of dropped resources like it says it does.

This mainly only effects things that already didn't give much(fallen logs and sandstone deposits), high tier materials (the ones that take 230 to acquire), and enemies harvested with the Axe and Pick (Automatons and Eoten)
