Unable to transfer all my characters to offline mode

I followed the directions to transfer my online characters to offline mode. I was able to successfully transfer the first character on the list on your web site, but when I click on the second character in the list on the web page it just refreshes the page and no download is done.

I tried to export my saved game from online but every time I try to download the file it fails at 5MB to 6MB... I even disabled the anti-virus thinking it was the cause because sometimes something similar happens to me but wasn't the case this tim...
