Delayed access to game after logging in

For quite some time now, since update 0.3.0. whenever I log in I can see all things in the game however, I cannot interact with them. I can see the bed, but cannot sleep, I see storage containers but cannot access them, I see a recruitable max but not my recruited max. I have no prompts. After a time, sometimes 10 seconds but mostly around a minute or so, I hear a loud crash like my home is falling down, my character reforms, my recruit shows up, and I can now interact. It's very frustrating as most times it is night when I log in and I stand there shivering and freezing or starving but cannot sleep or eat. I believe I reported this before, under the old system.
