Cannot Respawn

Died fighting a mob that blew me up in the first forest biome. Says respawning in 5 seconds which was 10 minutes ago. I am playing solo and offline

    Did you press [ESC] or otherwise interrupt the revival screen at any point?

    Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. Can you confirm if it was a similar sounding enemy that downed your character, or if you hit [ESC] at any point during the revival screen?

    yeah, game won't let me respawn either on off line mode. Can you get this fixed please and thank you. I just brought this game , and already feeling like it hurts to play. I want to enjoy it. I'm a big fantasy fan.
