I play on Mouse and keyboard.
No controller is plugged.
All the tips and tricks like tapping into the inventar, change the keybinding/changing it back, going back and forth with tab+alt does not work.
Logging out and or restarting the pc does not fix the problem either.
If i press shift i, either stop moving alltogether or no other key works while still pressing on to it.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If at all possible, please press F2 while in-game and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what maybe causing the issue.
Also, to confirm, is this happening every time that you press [Shift]? If not, have you noticed that the loss of sprint occurs when performing other actions in game -- such as falling from a great height, after you are revived, after completing a mantle, after using the Glider or Climbing Picks, etc.?
