I just bought the game and i know that its in E.A. Im on Offline mode as well. I just created my first upgrade bench and it isnt working. i cannot upgrade anything.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If possible, can you please take a screenshot of the menu which appears at the upgrade bench when you interact with it and post it here?
Can you also clarify if you have sufficient essence to perform an upgrade?
