Player hunches forward and can't straighten up in 3rd person view

Sometimes after a fight my character bends forward and doesn't straighten back up in 3rd person view. Also, usually I can turn the camera around to look at my character's face, but when in this hunched over mode that doesn't work. Logging out and back in clears the condition.
